Junior is a character appearing in the Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats episode Mad Dog Catcher.

Junior is friendly, but dim-witted, and not so bright, but he is happy to making his dad proud. His intelligence is questionable at best when he makes the mistake of catching Sonja, thinking she was a dog, prompting Heathcliff to rescue her, and is easily duped into catching any animal that Heathcliff presents to him, simply by barking. At the end, Mayor Bogwell orders Kelly to remove Junior and put Louie back on the dogcatcher's job or face a permanent job in cleaning kennels.

Kelly is Junior's father who is wants his son to catch dogs, and seizes the opportunity when Dooley mistakenly catches Caesar.
